Ingredients of Desi Chicken Biryani Recipe
Oil 1 cup
Desi chicken 800 gm
Rice 3 cup or 800 gm
Onions 3 medium sliced fried
Green chillis 4
Tomatoes. 2 large size sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 4 tsp
Biryani masala 6 tsp
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Food colors yellow and red equal quantity
Whole spice ( cloves, cumin seeds,black pepper,black cardmom)
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Nutmaig and javitri powder 1 tsp

Method to cook Desi Chicken Biryani Recipei:-

To cook Desi Chicken Biryani. Add oil in a pan. When it is heated add desi chicken and fry till it is golden brown. Now take out the desi chicken from the oil and add sliced onion.fry the onion till it became golen. Now in a chicken add yogurt, tomato, ginger garlic paste in it. Also add salt while cooking. Mix and cook on low flamed.The oil we used in fry. Pour this in chicken.When desi chicken become tender add biryani masala. Also add some food colors.Add a little bit water while cooking gravy. After cooking of few more minutes add mint leaves and at the end add dry plums and keep aside the chicken.its ready.
For boiling rice for Desi Chicken Biryani pour water in a pan. Add salt, black pepper, whole spice, Mint leaves, green chilli, jaifal jawatri powder, oil and vinegar. When this water started simmer. Add soaked rice and cook untill rice perfectly boiled. Discard the water and leave the rice in the strainer. Now Greece the pan and pour half of boiled rice. Over the rice drop some mixed food colors. Then cooked chicken. Now pour the remaining rice over this layer then biryani masala, fried onion, mint leaves and food colors.
Cook on slow flame for about 10 minutes. And delicious domestic chicken biryani is ready to serve.

Desi Tavuk Biryani Tarifi Malzemeler Yağ 1 su bardağı desi tavuk 800 gr Pirinç 3 su bardağı veya 800 gr Soğan 3 orta boy doğranmış kızarmış Yeşil biber 4 Domates. 2 büyük boy dilimlenmiş Zencefil Sarımsak Ezmesi 4 çay kaşığı yoğurt 1 su bardağı tuz 4 çay kaşığı Biryani masala 6 çay kaşığı Nane yaprağı 1 demet Gıda renkleri sarı ve kırmızı eşit miktarda Bütün baharat ( karanfil, kimyon tohumu, karabiber, siyah kakule) Karabiber 1 tatlı kaşığı ezilmiş Nutmaig ve javitri tozu 1 tatlı kaşığı

देसी चिकन बिरयानी की सामग्री तेल 1 कप देसी चिकन 800 ग्राम चावल 3 कप या 800 ग्राम प्याज 3 मध्यम कटा हुआ तला हुआ हरी मिर्च 4 टमाटर। 2 बड़े आकार के कटा हुआ अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट 4 छोटा चम्मच दही 1 कप नमक 4 छोटा चम्मच बिरयानी मसाला 6 चम्मच पुदीना 1 गुच्छा खाने के रंग पीले और लाल बराबर मात्रा में साबुत मसाला (लौंग, जीरा, काली मिर्च, काली इलायची) काली मिर्च कुटी हुई1 छोटा चम्मच जायफल और जावित्री पाउडर 1 छोटा चम्मच

مكونات وصفة برياني الدجاج زيت 1 كوب دجاج ديسي 800 جرام أرز 3 أكواب أو 800 جم 3 شرائح بصل متوسطة مقلية الفلفل الأخضر 4 طماطم. 2 حجم كبير مقطعة إلى شرائح معجون الزنجبيل والثوم 4 ملاعق صغيرة زبادي 1 كوب ملح 4 ملاعق صغيرة برياني ماسالا 6 ملاعق صغيرة 1 حزمة أوراق نعناع ألوان الطعام الأصفر والأحمر متساوية الكمية بهارات كاملة (قرنفل ، بذور كمون ، فلفل أسود ، هال أسود) مسحوق الفلفل الأسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق Nutmaig و javitri 1 ملعقة صغيرة
