Easy Raita Recipe | how to make raita | healthy raita recipe | Potato with Yogurt | Yogurt Dip

Ingredients of Raita Recipe:-

  1. Yogurt half Kg,
  2. boiled potato 2 medium sized,
  3. onion 1 small,
  4. tomato 1 small,
  5. green chilli 1,
  6. green Chattni 2 tsp,
  7. salt to taste,
  8. red chilli powder a pinch,
  9. black pepper powder a pinch,
  10. whole spice powder a pinch,
  11. cumin seed powder half tsp,

Method to make the Yogurt Raita:-

First boil the potatoes, after boiling peel off the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Now whisk the yogurt well and put sliced onion, sliced tomato, Green chillis,salt, potatoes,red chilli powder,whole spice powder, dhaniya Pudina Chattni, cumin seeds powder and give it a good mix. Raita is ready to serve. Enjoy Raita with matar pelau, Chicken pelau, Biryani and even with simple wheat roti.
