Necessary Ingredients it’s so easy and beautiful Breakfast bubble buns | Fluffy Soft mini no egg buns:-
200 ml luke warm milk
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
Method to make Breakfast bubble buns | Fluffy Soft mini no egg buns:-
take a bowl and add 200 ml luke warm milk in it. make sure that the milk should not be so hot. you can check it by putting your finger in it.
Now put 1 tsp dry yeast, 2tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil and give it a good mix. Now pour 2 cups of flour in this mixture followed by 1 tsp salt.
now mix the dough with spetula. after this combine it with your hands if needed. dough should not be hard. it must be soft. Its to cover the dough with cling paper and leave it pon warm place for an hour or so untill it became double to its current size.
once the dough rised. take it on counter top punch and flat it with rolling pin in shape of square.
now make 1 inch straight cuts and vice versa.
now take each square piece of dough and make small balls.
once it is done place them on oven dish in shape of Bubble sheet.
Bake these mini buns for 20 minutes on 100 C°.
at the end glazed it with butter.
